We set up, targeted and ran their campaign for care professionals for the industry association Curaviva. In a fresh and humorous way, Curaviva's campaign was designed to encourage young people to apply for jobs in the care sector.

The shortage of caregivers is a pressing issue in many countries around the world. The increasing number of elderly people and the growing need for medical care have put an enormous strain on the existing nursing workforce. The impact of this shortage is far-reaching, affecting not only patients but also the healthcare system as a whole.
The Solution
We have taken advertising to where young people see it: Social media.
Around CHF 45,000 was invested in the social media campaigns. It paid off. Looking at the impressions, it is easy to see that the ads reached the right people and encouraged many to apply.
The campaign ran on Instagram and TikTok. Especially on TikTok, where the content was all video, we were able to reach the young target audience. It is important to engage users authentically in order to achieve a longer 'watch time'. By playing out the campaign on social media, we were able to reach exactly the audience the campaign wanted to reach: Young people looking for a career. In this way, the campaign achieved its goal of showing young people that the care sector is not only hard, but also has many good sides.
