The Goal
The aim of the cooperation with Hoval is to use social recruiting to find suitable candidates for Hoval's vacancies in the long term. In addition, Hoval's social media presence is intended to differentiate it from other employers and thus positively influence its employer brand.
Our Solution
After the first campaigns, extensive testing and constant optimisation, we achieved over 37,000 impressions with the budget used. A total of 13,800 people saw the job adverts around 2.5 times. Through this campaign, we were able to successfully fill the open positions and attract several qualified candidates.
To increase the organic reach, we also highlighted some of Hoval's posts. This has led to increased engagement on Hoval's social media channels, which has had a lasting positive impact on their employer brand.
